These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.new.christianlawrence.uk (the “Site”) and the videography and video editing services we provide. By using our Site and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide videography, video editing, and related creative services to clients globally.

2. Services

We offer the following services:

Videography (filming on-location or remotely)
Video editing (using client-submitted or captured footage)
Other post-production services as agreed in writing

Service details, pricing, and timelines are discussed and confirmed individually with each client.

3. Booking and Payment

A written agreement or confirmation (e.g. email or signed contract) is required for all bookings.
A deposit or full payment may be required upfront depending on the project scope.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or other agreed methods.
Full payment is typically required before final delivery of completed content.
All fees are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for any conversion fees if paying in another currency.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide clear project requirements and deadlines
Supply media assets in a timely and usable format
Review drafts and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
Obtain and provide permission for any third-party materials used (e.g. music, images, footage)

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by missing or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Delivery and Revisions

We will deliver final video files via secure download or file-sharing platforms.
A set number of revisions (e.g. 2 rounds) are included in the project fee; additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Turnaround times will be discussed and confirmed before the project starts.
Delays caused by client inaction may result in project rescheduling.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All final video content becomes the client’s property upon full payment.
Any project files, drafts, or working files remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, they may be liable for a proportion of the total fee based on work completed.
If we are unable to complete the project due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund any unearned portion of the fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of data due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. internet failure, third-party hosting)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays due to force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, illness, global emergencies)

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality and will not share or publish your video content or private information without your permission, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are made indicates acceptance.
