As the evening tide slowly retreated across Newtown Harbour, the landscape became almost silent. The boats rested gently on the soft mud while the last rays of sunlight painted the harbour in warm gold and amber tones. Standing quietly with my camera, I watched the winding tidal channel catch the remaining light, creating elegant reflections that seemed to lead your eye naturally through the scene.
There was no rush, no dramatic weather—just one of those peaceful moments where nature quietly reminds you to slow down. It was that feeling of stillness and calm that inspired me to make this photograph.
